Dunkin' at Home Extras Social Ads
Dunkin' at Home Extras (DAHE) asked our creative team to redesign their Meta ads in hopes of boosting engagement. DAHE runs a rewards program where each time a customer purchases one of their retail products, they’re eligible to receive points that can be redeemed and spent at Dunkin' stores. Our client’s overall goal was to better communicate the in-store benefit of their rewards program.
To solve DAHE’s main goal, our team created a set of four ads. We tested different elements to see what would connect most with customers (lifestyle photography vs. product photography, a pattern with the reward amount vs. a pattern of the logo, using e-gift cards as the main visual vs. products).
After receiving data back from our client, we discovered that our designs outperformed their existing ads. Specifically, the e-gift card option created the most engagement and revenue out of the four. I had pitched using the e-gift card as a visual way to bridge the DAHE brand with in-store rewards, so it was really exciting to learn that my idea connected with our target audience.
As a result of our successful collaboration, we were invited to create some Meta ads for their holiday products as well!
