Salem State University Art + Design Viewbook

Rather than adhering to the university’s traditional branding and blue and orange color palette for this 31 page viewbook, I wanted to take a different approach that would visually connect with incoming students who value creativity. Through the use of a grid layout, duotone photography, and bold sans-serif typography, my goal was to incorporate current design trends that new students can resonate with. With a visual style that sets the art department apart from traditional Salem State marketing assets, I hope to inform and intrigue future Salem State art students with my unique approach.
